This policy explains what data this site collects, why, and what you can demand regarding it.

What is collected, and why

Your email address, only if you enter it yourself in a form. It is used to tell you about new content and offers. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.

Audience measurement, to know how many people visit the site, where they come from and which pages they read. It is self-hosted and shared with no third party. It sets no cookie, keeps no IP address and identifies no one: the visit identifier is drawn at random and disappears when the tab closes. Of the site you came from, only the service name is kept — never the full address. Legal basis: the publisher's legitimate interest in measuring traffic to their own site.

This measurement is strictly limited to that purpose, which exempts it from requiring your consent under French data protection authority guidance.

Cookies

The site sets only cookies necessary for it to work. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

• mia_age — remembers that you confirmed you are of age, so you are not asked on every page. Duration: 30 days.
• mia_seen — remembers your first visit, so offer countdowns are your own. Duration: 90 days.
• mia_locale — remembers the language you chose. Duration: your browsing session.
• mia_admin — present only if you sign in to the admin console.

You can delete them at any time from your browser settings. The site will still work; it will simply ask you to confirm your age again.

How long

Email addresses are kept until you ask for their deletion, and at most three years after our last exchange. Audience measurements are kept for at most thirteen months.

Who has access

Data is never sold, rented, or passed on for commercial purposes. Access is limited to the site's publisher and two technical providers acting on their instructions: Vercel for hosting and Supabase for the database, on infrastructure located in the European Union.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to the contact address above. You will receive an answer within one month.

If the answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority — cnil.fr.

Security

Database access is restricted and encrypted. Audience measurements are never publicly readable.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest change appears at the foot of this page.
